About the Role

Position：专员，新人发展

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成；

2. 新人销售及客户经营平台运作；

3. 实施组织新人培训；

4. 维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广；

5. 督导新人经委会验收和赋能；

6. 实施新人相关内勤导师&外勤讲师培养；

7. 为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务；

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education –大学本科以上

Experience –3年以上行业工作经验，1年以上新人培育经验

Special skills : 具有寿险业务培训经验 较强的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力 基础英文读写能力 熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
