Position Overview
The Sales Support function plays a critical role in representing ZOLL to customers and partners by supporting the promotion and sale of the company’s products and services. This role contributes directly to business growth by ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality sales materials and proposals, while strengthening customer relationships and supporting sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development, submission, and review of sales proposals, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Partner closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Consulting, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive, accurate, and competitive responses to business opportunities.
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from initial receipt of the request through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Analyze costs, risks, and benefits associated with proposed contracts and pricing structures.
- Draft, edit, proofread, format, and finalize proposal documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Create and integrate supporting graphics and visual materials as needed.
- Maintain version control and ensure all submissions comply with customer requirements, submission guidelines, and internal standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure key value propositions, differentiators, and bid strategies are clearly articulated.
- Maintain and continuously update a centralized database of approved proposal content, templates, and pricing information.
- Support broader sales operations and administrative activities, including market research, competitor analysis, price book updates, and business development initiatives.
