What you’ll do  

• Strategic IT Leadership: Proactively lead and oversee multiple high-level data migration and conversion engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions organization, aligning technical execution with desired business vision and outcomes.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Drive accountability and delivery by managing vendor relationships and maintaining strategic partnerships with vendor senior management to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative efforts between business, technical, and functional teams to facilitate seamless data gathering, governance, and comprehensive reporting across organizational boundaries.

• Project Planning & Execution: Define comprehensive execution plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring strict adherence to pre-defined project management processes and best practices.

• Operational Problem Solving: Support execution teams by identifying and resolving complex roadblocks, interdependencies, and project risks to maintain project continuity throughout its lifecycle.

• Innovation & Data Integrity: Drive efficiency through Automation and AI (e.g., LSMW) for intelligent data mapping while establishing rigorous validation protocols to ensure a "clean core" and data integrity within PMx.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience, or equivalent knowledge.

• A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.  

• 5 years of ERP experience , should have worked in ERP ( SAP/Oracle ) as a functional or technical expert and have knowledge of Business Processes

• Experience with ERP processes in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of ERP integrations with other satellite systems.

• Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.

• Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies and / or industry activities. 

• Ability to manage third party partner teams to drive successful business outcomes. 

• Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices. Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information.
