This role is responsible for designing/redesigning product solutions for Argentina and the Andean region, building the best alternative with all areas, reusing existing capabilities or identifying potential new ones that fit in with Legal and Compliance standards, without overlooking the customer experience and value for the company.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Do research about market and consumer trends, to identify based on that, improvements to our products or ideas for new products.

• Investigate about other products within Assurant (Global) and find ways to fit them in our region.

• Propose product testing using “pilot” concept. Present hypothesis, validate, measure results.

• Work with all different areas to create the best MVP to be developed.

• Support the Sales & Marketing team to build the best value proposition for each client.

• Involve all the responsible areas during the product design phase to validate that the value proposition is adequate, and finally provide support to the Implementation team to support the program launching.

• Support the Actuarial team to help them understanding the product that has been designed for a specific client, provide comparisons with other relevant programs from Assurant and from our competitors as well.

• Perform benchmarks against the market and within Assurant to understand if the product being developed has competitive advantages.

• Promote awareness of all the available products to the internal/external customers

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related

• Basic knowledge in agile methodologies

• Analytical thinking to interpret data and information.

• Good interpersonal relationships

• Advanced English proficiency

• General knowledge about Assurant’s products and capacities.

• General knowledge about Assurant’s processes.
