The Opportunity:
Learning Systems & Event Operations: Execute end-to-end data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and other LMS platforms, manage full event lifecycle processes (planning, coordination, troubleshooting, financial closure), and ensure seamless program implementation aligned with defined milestones, KPIs, and SLAs.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Partnership: Provide high-quality support to business customers, the Learning community, and the Global Learning Center of Excellence; build strong relationships with HR, program owners, vendors, and participants to ensure proactive, customer-focused service delivery and resolution ownership.
Governance, Compliance & Financial Management: Ensure regulatory and policy compliance (including data privacy), manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and chargebacks, track program costs, and maintain accurate documentation (SWIs, SOPs, GWIs) in alignment with program goals and global standards.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Actively contribute to Roche Learning continuous improvement initiatives, update implementation plans and process documentation, share best practices and lessons learned, and drive service enhancements across the Shared Service Centre network.
Collaboration & Global Alignment: Collaborate regionally and globally within People Support Solutions to ensure consistent service quality, participate in workshops and cross-functional projects, and contribute to high customer satisfaction and operational excellence through feedback, coaching, and advisory support.
Who you are:
Experience & Technical Foundation: University degree (HR preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in event management and/or dynamic project coordination within a shared service, Learning/HR, or customer care environment; familiarity with Cornerstone or other LMS platforms and strong proficiency in standard IT tools (preferably Google Suite).
Operational & Organizational Strength: Ability to manage complex event processes end-to-end in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, including finance-related tasks connected to events.
Stakeholder & Customer Excellence: Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies, engage high-level stakeholders, and deliver reliably within a global matrix organization.
Core Capabilities & Mindset: Demonstrates customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, analytical problem-solving, and a growth mindset, with readiness to learn continuously and deliver consistent service excellence; fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
