About the Role:
We are seeking a strong Marketing Operations Intern to join our team to primarily help us execute our TAM building efforts. TAM Project is an integral part of the Organization’s strategy to drive targeted engagement, progression and conversion through the pipeline funnel. The role will have the opportunity to directly impact the quality of the leads / pipeline and conversion through the funnel through identifying, enriching and making available the most relevant TAM information, that helps in targeted engagement efforts by the Marketing and Sales Functions. The Intern will be responsible for lead sourcing and enrichment along with data cleansing - using platforms like Apptopia, Similarweb, Apollo, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Lusha. The Intern will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data management.
What will you do:
-As part of the recurring TAM building process, assist in account and lead enrichment activities across regions using primary and secondary research sources in order to help build an accurate target account list. This would involve:
-Primary research of accounts that fall within our ICP definitions (from the internet)
-Secondary research of accounts that fall within our ICP definitions (from tools such as Apptopia, Similarweb etc)
-Enrichment of target accounts with basic data such as website, Headquarters country etc.
-Enrichment of target accounts with leads and firmographic data using various sources - in order to make the account list relevant and actionable for the sales and marketing teams
-Validating the existing TAM data on our CRM through continuous checks of critical fields at an account level and a lead level - to ensure that the TAM data is actionable and relevant
What are we looking for?
Must have:
-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have:
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
