The key responsibilities may include: Leading analytics-driven transformation business development activities – Work with clients to identify their business challenges and digital transformation opportunities, that can be effectively driven/re-invented by an enterprise analytics and applied intelligence journey. Helps clients to prioritize the business use cases based on ROI and build the corresponding roadmap. Leading to develop enterprise information & analytics strategy plan – activities include business issue & use cases analysis, maturity assessment and gap analysis, organization and operation model revamp. Leading to develop enterprise governance program - work with clients to develop a governance program, including but not limited to data and analytics governance. Leading digital strategy, analytics strategy project delivery activities – drive and implement project delivery and supervise more junior team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / mater’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital consulting, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industries.
• Proficiency in written and speaking English in working environment.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python
• Strong understanding of data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
