What You Will Do

In this role, you'll be crafting, executing, and appraising employee development initiatives that align with our organizational objectives. You'll actively oversee employee development and training programs, continuously assessing their impact and identifying opportunities for improvement. Add your creative input to the creation of innovative programs and enhancements to existing ones. Plus, you'll lend your expertise to various projects within our Learning and Development function as the need arises. 

  • Program Management: Effectively manage a global program with a large number of participants including keeping things on schedule and collaborating with each business to deliver a great experience and program for both the business and the participants

  • Communicate effectively throughout the program with business partners, participants, and People Experience teammates

  • Be able to present the status and results of the program to various stakeholder groups

  • Facilitation of Leadership Curriculum: Be the primary point person on the delivery of dynamic content and curriculum that is tailored to our high potential participants

  • Invite other business partners to participate to draw out connection and learning

  • Excellent facilitation skills and be able to connect with different levels within the organization

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Business (MBA), Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development or other applicable field 

  • Minimum of XX years of leadership development program management and facilitation experience

  • Love of learning, teaching, and leadership

  • Ability to work with senior executive level leaders 

  • Strong facilitation skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
