In this role, you will:
You will act as a technical expert on predictive analytics and machine learning / AI digital technologies for the organization, coordinating cross-organizationally and independently mentoring peers. This role requires deep domain knowledge in the application of these technologies to power plants and process industries.
In this role, you will –
· Develop, verify, and validate analytics to address customer needs on current implementations as well as evolving opportunities
· Work as part of a cross-functional implementation team to translate algorithms into customized analytics or products to support customer needs.
· Work in technical teams in development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
· Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
· Own the data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics. Communicate methods, findings, and hypotheses with stakeholders.
· Provide expert knowledge and experience to collaborate with the customer to convert business requirement to technical requirements, work with technical leader or director to estimate the technical effort required to implement complex software solutions, support in tender reviews and the development of scope of work.
· Drive technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements. find ways to bridge the gap through configuration, customization or enhancements.
· Contribute to the definition of GE's PERS Products and Solution architecture and development of detailed design specifications.
· Collaborate with Project Managers throughout the project to identify and scope application changes and propose solutions to help project manager determine the strategy and drive the change management process.
· The candidate must have the ability to analyze the data collected, participate in failure analysis (RCM, FMEA), make recommendations based on the findings and integrate these recommendations into the products or solutions being implemented.
· Participate in RCM/FMEA sessions and working with internal stakeholders / external customers to successfully implement these recommendations in their work management system.
· Train the client on work processes, software implementation of the work process and the application of the work process
· Work with cross-functional teams as required for the solution and implement processes to ensure best use of GE Vernova Digital Products and Services to meet project requirements.
· Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, influencing decisions on architecture, design and functionality to keep projects on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
· Follow technical review processes and provide insights for product enhancements.
· Maintain strong customer relational and communication skills.
· Participate in onsite workouts and develop technical presentations for internal and external customer.
· Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members, customers, and leadership.
· Effective apply GE PERS execution methodology and project standards· Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge
· Work independently as well as part of the team.
