How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

General Summary
Welcome visitors and staff by greeting them in person or on the telephone. Provide general office support with a variety of clerical/administration functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Assist visitors and staff by greeting and welcoming them appropriately with a customer centered focus.
  • .Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Maintain safety and security by following procedures and controlling access (issue visitor badges, monitor log book at the front desk.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Assist with internal meeting logistics-Lunches, snacks, office supplies needed for the meetings.
  • Perform other clerical duties when needed with special projects. 
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies for the Lawrenceville Office. Also responsible for processing invoices and submitting for payment.
  • Maintaining and submitting expense reports for assigned Purchased Card.
  • Submit work orders for building maintenance issues.
  • Order business cards, create new name plates for new associates in the Lawrenceville office, order Airgas "Swag" for new hires, employees, etc, as needed. 
  • Manage the relationship with the Airgas vendor.
  • Maintain a list of contacts for the Division and each business unit within Airgas.
  • Sort and deliver mail/packages
  • Contact person for the postage machine in the mailroom.
  • Willingness to work on other duties or special projects as business needs require.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and Google email and calendars
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and resourceful
  • Ability to handle office equipment
  • Fast and eager learner
