Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in Java applications (back-end and front-end, if applicable). • Monitor application performance and availability. • Manage support tickets through tools such as ServiceNow, as well as your own management tools. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions. • Escalate complex issues to development teams (Level 3) with the necessary information. • Support functional or technical testing during deployments or changes. • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, or process documentation activities. • Knowledge of generating metrics based on reports and KPIs. • Work as a team to ensure the efficient operation of Device Management. • Use tools and methodologies for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate level knowledge of languages: .Net (C#, C++, Python) Java PHP MS SharePoint Power BI
Other Qualifications:
• Knowledge of: APIs, Web Services (SOAP, REST) • Middleware: Experience with servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, WebLogic, etc. • Databases: Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). Ability to execute queries and analyze results. • Design patterns (MVC) • Operating systems: Intermediate level in Windows, Linux/Unix (navigation, logs, basic commands). • Version control: Basic use of Git, reviewing repositories and branches. • Ticketing tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
