製造されたDRAM製品の出荷前データを解析し、異常を早期に検出・対応するポジションです。データ解析を通じて異常原因を特定し、関係部門と連携して改善活動を推進し、製品の歩留まりと品質の向上に直接貢献します。

業務内容
・ウェハ電気検査（Probe）データや製造プロセス情報を解析し、歩留まり低下の要因を特定する。
・解析結果を関係部門へ共有し、迅速な是正措置や改善活動につなげる。
・歩留まり改善に必要な指標・傾向を抽出し、明確な結論と推奨アクションをレポートする。
・製造、テスト、故障解析のエンジニアと連携し、技術課題の解決を推進する。

必須要件
・関係者と協力しながら業務を進めることのできるCommunication能力
・データに基づいたLogical Thinking
・Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint を含むPC基本操作

歓迎条件
・DRAMまたは半導体デバイスの基礎知識（構造・製造プロセス・動作原理など）
・歩留まり改善、半導体製造プロセス／インテグレーション、データ解析、故障解析、製品テストなどのいずれかの実務経験（2年以上あればなお良し）
・データに基づいて不良要因を判断し、技術部門 / 非技術部門 双方に口頭および文書で分かりやすく伝える能力
・業務変化に柔軟に対応し、自律的に改善へ取り組む姿勢
・データに基づいて問題を特定し、周囲を巻き込んで改善を前に進められる方
