The Sr. Sales Ops Analyst role will work with sales support and sales to ensure a smooth quoting process. The Sr. Sales Ops Analyst will create and prepare quotes for complex and high visibility deals/projects. Sr. Sales Ops Analyst will provide assistance to the sales support team members with their experience, skills, knowledge, and resolve any concerns or questions when it pertains to creating customer quotes.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
Confidently handle high visibility quotes with high deal value, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Take accountability for meeting daily SLAs, weekly performance targets, quarterly reviews, and annual ratings, demonstrating consistent delivery against set benchmarks.
Adapt quickly to new and complex projects, handling them with minimal supervision.
Proficiently document processes and lead the structured documentation of new projects & processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Grasp new concepts swiftly and adeptly manage dynamic projects and tasks, prioritizing speed and efficiency in delivering resolutions.
Review and optimize processes, demonstrating the vision to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Break down complex processes into simpler steps, identifying areas for improvement within systems and products.
Utilize precision, attention to detail, clear communication, and relationship-building skills to meet operational deliverables on time.
Communicate effectively, translating complex problems into simple language for cross-functional collaboration with IT, sales, and other departments.
Engage in calls with sales representatives and internal/external partners to define quoting or deal requirements as necessary.
Collaborate closely with managers, leads, and team members to ideate, simplify, and optimize processes.
Persuasively align with key stakeholders across legal, product, and other teams to ensure successful commitment delivery.
Proactively offer assistance to team members, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive mindset
Manage delegated responsibilities from senior management or program managers for large projects as needed.
Requirements
In addition to the below this role requires a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and driving successful outcomes in quoting and deal management processes.
5-7 years of hands-on expertise in CPQ, deal management, funnel optimization, and intricate quoting methodologies.
Exhibit a team-oriented approach, certifications in coaching methodologies and a strong understanding of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
Possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a product or SaaS-based organization.
Preferences:
Experience in the Salesforce .
