About the Role

As the Principal Product Manager, Intelligence at Incode, you will drive the development of scalable, reusable intelligence services that power our suite of products. You will define and deliver services spanning Data, Biometrics, and Document Intelligence while ensuring seamless integration across verticals. This is an opportunity to shape Incode's technical foundation and ensure it aligns with our ambitious product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the roadmap for foundational services, focusing on scalability, reliability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver robust biometric, data, and document intelligence services.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of foundational services across Incode’s products and verticals.
  • Leverage customer insights and market trends to shape foundational capabilities and ensure competitive differentiation.
  • Establish metrics to measure the performance, reliability, and adoption of foundational services.

Qualifications

    • 8+ years in product management with experience in platform or foundational service development.
    • Proven track record of building scalable, reusable services in a technology-driven organization.
    • Expertise in biometric and document intelligence technologies.
    • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including engineering, machine learning / data science, and UX.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
