As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).
How you will contribute
You will:
Improve sites overall KPIS and performance through creating culture of continuous improvement from operators to management
Leading step by step Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementation
Ensure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needs
Hands-on lead real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment, and process losses. Developing and improving standards and create work process to prevent failures to recure.
Ensure site has healthy cost governance and budget management process and Support site in identifying potential cost improvement project
Encourage replication - drives change by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to follow
Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor)
Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams & key group decision-makers

Experience in the following areas: continuous improvement, engineering/projects, production
Engineering degree plus around 15 years' experience in MSC with an industrial focus (production, engineering/projects) and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry.
At least 5 years' experience in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, WCM, IWS, etc.)
Fluent English and French required
This position can be based at our plant in Jussy (02) or our business office in Clamart (92).
