What You Will Do:

The Sorter I supports production operations by performing routine, manual tasks that contribute to the overall manufacturing process. This role follows established procedures to safely handle materials, maintain work areas, and ensure product quality.

  • Load materials into production equipment and assist with basic machine operations
  • Remove, sort, inspect, and package raw materials or finished products
  • Receive, transport, and store materials in designated inventory locations
  • Follow all assigned procedures for specific product lines or work cells
  • Maintain accurate production logs and support team output goals
  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work areas
  • Dispose of waste and recyclable materials per company guidelines
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to complete repetitive tasks
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and GMP standards

What You Need:

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.

  

 

$20.25/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
