DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Sous la supervision du Responsable des opérations d'inventaire et de service client, l’Analyste de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, Intelligence d'affaires est responsable du développement de l'intelligence d'affaires, de l'optimisation des processus d’affaires et de la gestion du changement organisationnel, améliorant la visibilité des données et les analyses à l'aide de Power BI. L'analyste de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, Intelligence d'affaires collabore avec l'équipe de planification des stocks et du service à la clientèle ainsi qu'avec d'autres départements pour identifier les besoins, extraire les données et créer des rapports pour les utilisateurs finaux et la direction.

Responsabilités principales :

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions d'intelligence d'affaires pour transformer les données en informations exploitables.
• Développer des visualisations, des rapports et des tableaux de bord à l'aide d'outils d'intelligence d'affaires (Microsoft Power BI).
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le support informatique pour assurer le développement d'extractions de données efficaces.
• Collaborer avec les experts en la matière (SME) pour cartographier les processus transversaux actuels et identifier et éliminer les singularités inutiles. Ces processus incluent à la fois les flux de processus système et les processus humains.
• Influencer l'adoption de processus standardisés à travers l'organisation pour soutenir des rapports et des mesures cohérents, alignés et précis.
• Comprendre la vision globale et conduire des changements stratégiques basés sur la valeur à travers l'organisation.
• Assurer la focalisation continue sur l'expérience utilisateur et l'adoption.

Exigences

• Au moins trois ans d'expérience en informatique, en ingénierie ou en chaîne d'approvisionnement et/ou en planification des stocks, démontrant d'excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, une compréhension approfondie des moteurs de rentabilité des entreprises et une analyse basée sur les données.
• Diplôme universitaire.
• Bonne connaissance de SAP.
• Solide connaissance de Power BI et des logiciels MS Office actuels, y compris Excel.
• Compétences solides en résolution de problèmes, en priorisation et en organisation avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches et d’équilibrer les priorités.
• Forte orientation client interne et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et français.
• Le ou la titulaire du poste doit pouvoir bien communiquer en anglais (50% du temps), car ses fonctions exigent des interactions avec des intervenants et collègues se trouvant à l’extérieur du Québec ou du Canada.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Manager of Inventory & Customer Service Operations, the Supply Chain Analyst, Business Intelligence is responsible of Business Intelligence Development, Business Process Optimization and Organizational Change Management, improving data visibility and analytics using Power BI. The Supply Chain Analyst, Business Intelligence partner with Inventory Planning and Customer Service team as well as other departments to identify requirements, extract data, and create reports for end users and Senior Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to turn data into actionable insights.
• Develop visualizations, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI)
• Work closely with IT support to ensure development of effective data extracts.
• Partner with Inventory Planning and Customer Service team as well as other departments to identify requirements, extract data, and create reports for end users and Senior Management.
• As it relates to business intelligence initiatives, work with business Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to map current cross-functional processes and identify and eliminate unnecessary uniqueness.  These processes include both system and people process flows.
• Influence the adoption of standard processes across the organization to support consistent, aligned, and accurate reporting and measurement.
• Understand the big picture and drive strategic, value-based changes across the organization.
• Ensure an ongoing focus on user experience and adoption.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in IT, Engineering or Supply Chain and/or inventory planning. demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business drivers of profitability, and data driven analysis

• University degree.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and current MS Office software, including Excel.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
• Strong internal customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The incumbent must be able to communicate well in English (50% of the time), as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside of Quebec and Canada.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a conscientious and professional work approach.
• Works well under pressure.
