As a Contracts Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our agreements are clear, compliant, and aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Operations, and engage directly with clients to deliver contracts that support our mission and protect our interests.

​What You’ll Be Doing

• Support commercial contracting processes, including responding to contract questions and edits

• Review core agreements (NDAs, Work Orders, Change Orders) against contracting standards

• Advise internal leaders on deviations from standards and risk acceptability

• Coordinate with internal teams to draft and finalize agreements

• Manage contract lifecycle workflows and ensure internal approvals

• Peer review deliverables from junior team members as assigned

• Maintain accurate contract data in CRM/central systems for reporting

• Organize contract files for quality control and activation

• Support negotiations for MSAs, DPAs, and SLAs as needed

• Assist Business Development with client contract inquiries

• Participate in audits and interdepartmental projects

• Upload documents to DocuSign and manage retention

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contracting

• 3+ years of commercial contracting experience, ideally in pharma or CRO

• Strong understanding of complex/non-standard agreements

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and under pressure

• Experience in fast-paced, multi-task environments
