  • Job Description:

  • Generate and prepared regular sales reports in Excel.
  • Responsible to update Customer Master Data as needed.
  • Maintained & update inventory of Handheld equipment’s sheet for all locations covered full KSA.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the sales team, offering technical support for devices and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise in market.
  • Follow up with supplier for maintenance of Handheld devices & printers.
  • Coordinate shipments to the sales team, managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries through logistics providers such as DHL.
  • Handle monthly and annual DSD VAN inventory processes, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate.
  • The diverse nature of Sales Operations responsibilities means that employees should have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel.

Good command on English.

Should be analytical and detail oriented.

Must possess computer skills, including the ability to use sales team software.
2 to 4 years of experience in sales administration or a similar position.
