Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Functional Responsibilities Business & Domain Expertise
Translate strategic workforce goals into planning models — headcount, FTE, attrition, hiring pipeline, and talent gap analysis.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Ops stakeholders to gather requirements and define planning structures (departments, job families, grades, scenarios).
Design and configure EPBCS SWP module including workforce driver assumptions, compensation components, and benefit calculations.
Facilitate workshops for future-state workforce planning process design and solution blueprinting.
Map HR data flows from HRIS systems (Fusion HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) to EPBCS SWP planning dimensions.
Enable scenario planning for organizational restructuring, M&A headcount, and skills-based workforce models.
Support period-end planning cycles — annual plan, rolling forecasts, and strategic 3–5 year workforce models.
Train and enable business users on SWP dashboards, forms, and planning workflows.
Technical Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration
Design and build EPBCS SWP application — dimensions, hierarchies, members, aliases, and planning forms.
Develop complex business rules using Groovy scripting and Calculation Manager for workforce cost drivers and aggregations.
Build and maintain data integration pipelines using EPM Data Management (FDMEE/DM) for HR and Finance source systems.
Configure Smart View templates, dashboards, and infolets for workforce analytics and variance reporting.
Develop and manage Substitution Variables, User Variables, and runtime prompts for flexible planning scenarios.
Perform BSO/ASO cube optimization, performance tuning, and block storage configuration.
Manage EPM Automate scripts for job scheduling, data loads, and environment migration tasks.
Handle application lifecycle management — environment cloning, artifact migration (LCM), and version upgrades.
Integrate EPBCS SWP with Oracle Financials Cloud or other ERP/HRIS systems via REST APIs and data pipelines.
Write and maintain technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and test scripts.

Prior experience working in a Big-4 / consulting firm or as part of a large enterprise implementation team is a plus
