Join us as a Strategy & Innovation Manager

• We’re looking for a visionary Strategy and Innovation Manager to lead strategic design and implement transformative initiatives that redefine how we serve our customers and operate as a business.
• This is a high-impact role at the heart of strategic decision making, innovation delivery, and executive engagement
• You will be expected to be in the central London office 2 days per week
• We are looking to offer a salary in the region of £75,000 - £95,000

What you'll do

As a Strategy & Innovation Manager, you’ll be a catalyst for change driving strategic thinking, identifying disruptive opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll work across the full innovation lifecycle, from idea generation to execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Additionally, you’ll be:

• Lead strategic projects and innovation initiatives from concept to delivery
• Develop long-term strategies aligned to business goals and market dynamics
• Build compelling commercial cases that balance customer experience with cost efficiency
• Identify and test breakthrough ideas that enhance customer and colleague experiences
• Influence executive decision-making through clear, data-driven insights
• Foster a culture of innovation and build internal capability across teams

You’ll also need:

• Proven experience in strategy development, product or change management
• Strong understanding of innovation in financial services
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to present complex information and ideas clearly to build understanding and support
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels
• Experience in customer-led design and agile deliver
• Exposure to scouting, partnerships, or start-up ecosystems is a plus
