- Able to work independently in a high stress dynamic environment

- Manage effective communication both with external remarketers and internal stakeholders

- Able to reconcile large database of excess assets and establish critical KPIs and tracking methodology

- Perform market research to establish fair market value of excess assets and hence proposal of list price

- Innovate auto reporting of KPIs pertaining to speed of assets sales

- Make recommendation to assets sales desirability to influence the disposition of assets

- Able to support tactical work to help HVM clear roadblock on tool sales

- Support internal reuse business process on cost calculation

- Establish regular review process of external excess assets for internal new purchase interception

- Establish tool obsolesces tracking business process

- Collaborate with central modelling and engineering team on managing excess assets
