Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience individuals to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do?

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries  in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Performance Expectation:Consistent with efficiency and quality.

What you’ll need?

  • Open to University / college students on semester break or anyone on a career break. 
  • Commitment: You are required to work full time during these 3 months
  • Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Traditional Chinese (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A customer-centric attitude and a positive demeanour.
