Your role and responsibilities

This subject matter expert (SME) leadership role combines responsibility for Business Process Ownership (BPO) across Supply Chain and Operations within the Electrification Service Division, with a focus on the ERP transformation and migration to SAP S/4 Hana. The position requires deep expertise in process design and transformation leadership to drive standardization, operational excellence, and value realization across the organization.
The Business Process Owner is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining and implementing standardized business process templates across multiple product models and geographies. This role ensures that business processes, systems, and operational practices evolve cohesively to support scalable growth and operational excellence.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division on global level. Main stakeholders are business and IS functions within Electrification Service, and counterparts from other Electrification divisions.


You will be mainly accountable for:

Process Design & Strategy:

  • Lead the design, definition, and implementation of business process templates for ERP processes across the Electrification Service Division
  • Establish target operating models and standardized processes for Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO) in the service domain
  • Align existing processes across countries and drive standardization in realization of business value and expected benefits

ERP Transformation & Implementation:

  • Partner with IS/ERP and application owners to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems and application
  • Lead process implementation across the organization, including training, education, and best practice sharing
  • Support the migration to SAP S/4 Hana and ensure alignment with system capabilities

Stakeholder & Change Management:

  • Collaborate with functional and regional management to ensure buy-in and drive process adoption
  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans across all relevant stakeholders
  • Act as primary liaison between functional teams, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership

Qualifications for the role
  • You have 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations processes, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO)
  • Manufacturing or factory environment background is strongly preferred
  • Sound SAP system and process understanding in the modules SAP SD, PP, MM, PS as well as nice to have experience with SAP S/4 Hana
  • Project management & change management experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Solid understanding of Operational Excellence principles and business process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impact, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making
  • University degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain or related field
