The Customer Sales & Service Consulting team works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby reducing cost, driving revenue and customer satisfaction, and positively impacting business metrics.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define marketing strategies, design and operationalize marketing transformation and help clients leverage and adopt their marketing technology. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.

Role Overview

A Business Service Designer plays a crucial role in helping organizations rethink their customer agenda and design services that are not only innovative but also aligned with business goals. By leveraging a combination of design thinking, business strategy, and customer insights, they create services that drive growth and enhance customer experiences.


Job Profile Summary

Use insights from research to generate service concepts and envision how people will interact with them. Prioritize service concepts using appropriate strategic frameworks. Plan, design, facilitate and synthesize co-creation workshops. Help plan and execute user tests and use data collected to strategically guide the evolution of services. Develop new product and service model opportunities. Ensure service concepts are tangible and compelling through visual narratives, prototypes and videos.

    • Help clients unleash their full growth potential by applying the lens of experience to envision and design new growth architecture, product and services portfolio, and agile operating models.
    • Focus on customer growth and relevance, which is under duress due to changing customer expectations, competition, and a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
  • Business Model and Strategy
    • Develop business model canvases, buyer user parameters, and customer personas.
    • Design architectural diagrams for commercial experience products, including capabilities, policies, processes, and technology configurations.
    • Map customer journey stages and identify moments that matter, service catalogs, and service blueprints.

    • Plan business operating and technology models for delivery.
    • Design strategies for the project in the context of personalized experiences.

Your experience counts!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related course
  • At least 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing strategy, customer engagement, loyalty and retention, marketing operations and marketing automation
  • Hands on experience in marketing automation platforms, including email marketing, multichannel and multistep campaign journey design, segment creation, database management, data flows, event-based marketing, next best action/offer, personalized customer engagement.
  • Proven experience in client stakeholder management and leading complex marketing engagements and programs.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive end to end marketing programs, from planning and strategy to execution and technical delivery, adoption and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, including Agile methodology, and the ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal), multiple cross function teams and workstreams.
  • Clear grasp of business, functional and technical requirements at each stage, with the ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide recommendations and process improvement opportunities.
  • Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user- and client-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
