Overview

The Program Manager will lead and oversee complex, multi-workstream programs within the Public Realm portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes across diverse projects in the public realm

Your role

Program Leadership                         

• Manage the Public Realm Program, comprising multiple workstreams consisting of various projects.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure program objectives align with organizational goals.

Planning & Coordination

• Oversee design and delivery of urban streets, squares, plazas, historic paths, wadis, and other public realm areas.
• Coordinate workstreams to optimize overall program success and meet key performance indicators.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Quality & Risk Management

• Maintain rigorous quality standards across all workstreams.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex challenges and risks.

Program Delivery

• Drive fast-track initiatives for seasonal implementations and ensure timely completion of high-priority projects.
• Facilitate program closure, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

About you

• Proven experience in program and project management within urban development or cultural sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex programs.
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.

• 10+ years’ experience.
