Let’s talk about this role

At nib, we’re passionate about putting our members first. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on accuracy, empathy, and continuous improvement, ensuring claims are handled in line with our business rules and service level agreements (SLA’s).

This role is more than just answering calls, it’s about identifying opportunities to enhance the member and provider experience. You’ll help uncover pain points and contribute to the automation and digitalisation of our processes, making things simpler and smarter for everyone involved.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working collaboratively, this could be the perfect fit.
