YOUR ROLE

As an ME Engineer on our team, you’ll be focused on planning and executing continuous improvement projects in production areas. Ensure compliance with automotive regulations in each assigned area. Provide support to the plant and facilitate business or machine transfers for the production area.

In your daily job you will:

• PFMEA updates
• Poka-yoke list updates
• Development/Update of work methods
• Assignment of part numbers to production lines
• Visual aid updates
• Monthly Part Number Change Reports
• Support for improvement activities in manufacturing areas and the manufacturing process
• Time studies and line balancing

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Advanced English level
• +2 years of experience in a similar position
• Automotive industry experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of PFMA, Control Plan, IATF, Core Tools
• Problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
