About the Role

An internship to provide quality and timely administrative support on department operational tasks and process simplification/ automation projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage documents filing/ records
  • Data input for recruitment application data
  • Prepare and arrange regular recruitment related document delivery to relevant agency/ departments
  • Support in department’s process simplification/ automation projects
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Passionate to explore the insurance business
  • Good analytical skills and attentive to details
  • Good problem solving, organizing as well as interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good teammate, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence
