We are seeking a Director/Sr Director of Business Development to help shape and drive our growth strategy. In this role, you’ll develop new partnerships, manage key client relationships, and lead efforts to bring Pow.bio’s innovative technology to market.
We are seeking a full stack developer to build cutting edge smart fermentation tooling to drive next generation biomanufacturing. As part of a team developing a platform for driving, optimizing and managing fermentation experiments, you will work with in-house scientists and external customers to develop and support the Pow software platform. You will report to the Chief Technology Officer, and have a broad opportunity to design, implement, and innovate state of the art software.

The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and expertise. In addition to salary, we also offer equity participation and a benefits package designed to support our employees’ well-being and career development.
