Objetivo de la Posición:

Desarrollar proyectos de solución de problemas mediante metodologías estructuradas (8D, PDCA, Shainin Red X, Six Sigma y herramientas de calidad), para soportar a la organización en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de desempeño, calidad, entrega y costo.

Coordinar y ejecutar entrenamientos para fortalecer las habilidades de solución de problemas del personal de planta, asegurando la correcta aplicación de estándares, herramientas y mejores prácticas.

Asegurar el mantenimiento, la estandarización y la mejora continua del proceso de Acciones Correctivas (incluyendo seguimiento, disciplina de cierre y verificación de efectividad), garantizando su alineación con los sistemas de gestión aplicables al proceso de acciones correctivas.

Impulsar la cultura de solución de problemas y gestionar proyectos que impactan los indicadores de la compañía.
