This District Compliance Auditor position is for Merced to Manteca area.

The District Compliance Auditor is responsible for auditing store compliance with various operational, safety, regulatory, and quality standards in the Front Store and Pharmacy. The District Compliance Auditor must be able to write audit recaps and effectively communicate results with store and field leaders. The District Compliance Auditor must be able to communicate with, influence, and train store management and staff as needed.

- Partner with the store teams to build a culture of community responsibility
- Conduct a full and thorough audit of all stores within their store alignment, to include checking product sell-by dates, validating compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements and processes, verifying the accuracy of pricing, and validating Pharmacy regulatory and records compliance
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and objective demeanor
- Assume the role of subject matter expert and trainer when compliance opportunities are identified
- Communicate professionally and effectively with store and field leadership regarding compliance audit findings and root cause analysis
- Utilize judgement in evaluating and assessing compliance with operational, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by their supervisor

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
