Position: We’re looking for an HR Manager with experience in HR for high-tech or digital environments. This role will support HR functions across the Egypt region, managing a team of high-level individuals and working closely with leadership to implement strategic initiatives that align with our goals in the sector. The position will report directly to the HR Regional Leader. This position is onsite and in the Cairo region but open to hybrid solutions.

Areas of Focus

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals to support growth and success across the region, focusing on the day-to-day management and execution of these strategies within our operations.

  • Manage and support the HR team, ensuring consistency across onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.

  • Monitor and manage KPIs for HR performance, assisting in the execution of global and regional initiatives to support the organization’s success.

  • Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance programs that include disciplinary frameworks, satisfaction initiatives, and recognition strategies.

  • Support the employee lifecycle through activities like performance management, career development, and employee relations initiatives.

  • Ensure compensation and benefits competitiveness while maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

  • Implement training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on upskilling and career development.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance on HR-related matters and providing insights to improve employee support, organizational effectiveness, and engagement.

  • Ensure compliance and governance with local legislation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business Administration or Economics; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 + years of progressive HR management experience, with a focus on the technology or IT industry.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and regulations, with the ability to understand cultural and legal differences across regions.

  • Experience in people management, KPI monitoring and leadership

  • Ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and automated solutions
