About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist within the Hybrid Cloud Business Unit, with a main focus on Veeam solutions.
You will build strong customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge across backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.
This is a sales-driven role, focused on generating new business opportunities, outbound activity, and achieving revenue and margin targets.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the customer lifecycle
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships (including Veeam)
Drive inside sales activity using data insights and customer intelligence
Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, and campaigns
Identify opportunities through pipeline development and project-based selling
Manage sales opportunities end-to-end or collaborate with presales teams
Provide and negotiate pricing, promotions, and solutions
Drive vendor-focused sales initiatives (Veeam)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM systems
Ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal closure
What We Are Looking For:
1–2 years experience in sales / inside sales / customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills and telephone presence
Target-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and performance
Strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills
Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Experience with CRM tools, quotation systems, or order management
Interest or knowledge in IT, cloud, or data protection (Veeam is a plus)
