Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to execute capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across various cloud environments. Your day will involve ensuring efficient cloud operations and optimizing costs to enhance overall performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and manage cloud capacity to ensure optimal performance. - Analyze billing and show back operations to track cloud expenses. - Implement cost optimization strategies to enhance cloud efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cloud-related issues. - Develop and maintain documentation for cloud operations processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience with cloud capacity management and optimization techniques. - Knowledge of billing and cost management in cloud environments. - Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
