We seek a highly motivated Product Manager to join our eCommerce team and build best-in-class Checkout, Payments, and Invoicing solutions. You will work with a diverse and global group of colleagues representing design, engineering, data science, marketing, account management, and customer support. You will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a fast-paced set of product priorities, competitive pressures, and market opportunities. Join us in building creative eCommerce solutions and ensuring seamless purchasing of any travel product.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Be the expert for your products, combining industry analysis, end-user feedback, and development knowledge to contribute to the product vision and strategy
  • Build and communicate a vision and roadmap for customer experiences around approval set up during client onboarding, policies, attributes for management of business rules across lines of business, recommend best practices in line with industry norms, and enhance product capabilities in alignment with evolving customer needs
  • Set priorities and define requirements, partnering with design and engineering to develop, deploy, measure, and refine new features
  • Launch new products by collaborating with customer success and product marketing on go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with analytics to measure and improve the impact of your products
  • Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting associated targets by improving and re-imagining the product experiences you lead

What we're looking for :

  • A proven executor, able to deliver products that customers value and love.
  • An excellent communicator who can simplify, explain, and present complex topics in a compelling and understandable way
  • Technical, analytical, relationship-oriented, and a problem solver, inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experienced with the scientific method; able to develop testable hypotheses based on both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong strategic perspective and ability to think through big-picture issues coupled with excellent execution to get things done in a fast-paced, environment
  • Outstanding influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization
  • Experienced with current Agile and UX practices, with 5+ years in a direct product management role. Prior experience with B2B product development is a plus.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
