Senior Client Success Manager, Legal CRM

Intapp is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager, Legal CRM to join our DealCloud team. This role sits within Client Success and is responsible for driving strategic value realization, CRM adoption, and long-term business alignment for our enterprise legal clients.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy, adoption, and business process transformation
  • Translate client business objectives, economic drivers, and market dynamics into actionable CRM strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across client and internal teams to drive holistic Legal CRM strategy and execution
  • Analyze complex business problems and influence CRM capabilities across the Legal CRM ecosystem
  • Guide implementation teams on strategic priorities and executive-level requirements
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and accelerate program progress
  • Produce clear, executive-ready documentation to support adoption and long-term utilization
  • Support broader Intapp operations including account management, product, support, and business unit initiatives
  • Own the end-to-end quarterly release cycle, including validation, client enablement, use-case demonstrations, and structured communications

What you will need:

  • 8–10+ years leading CRM strategy or transformation within global law firms or as a senior CRM consultant
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable adoption and revenue-impacting CRM initiatives
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and practice leadership
  • Deep understanding of legal firm economics, client development models, and competitive positioning
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, evolving environments
  • Strong commercial instincts — understands growth, margin, and client strategy
  • High ownership mindset with bias toward action and measurable results
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently in dynamic environments
