Job Title: Senior Inventory Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Inventory Manager with extensive experience in senior operations and finance leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in a vertically integrated OEM company. This individual will be responsible for establishing and optimizing operations inventory management processes across the E2E supply chain and reporting within the operations organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement E2E inventory management procedures to enhance operational efficiency and healthy inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple sites across the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain to ensure seamless inventory follow up and actions.
  • Work closely with finance teams to align inventory strategies with financial goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership to provide insightful inventory analysis and recommendations.
  • Generate and consolidate accurate inventory reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with site teams to proactively prevent and address Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
  • Develop and execute plans to address existing E&O inventory and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Facilitate cross-selling initiatives between sites and work with re-sellers to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years proven experience in senior operations and finance leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management within a vertically integrated OEM company.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on inventory data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple sites and departments.
  • Ability to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce E&O and improve overall inventory performance.
