JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities

 Compliance to all cGMP, GXP or any other requirements, including EHS requirements.

 To ensure customer service against committed schedule for packing production section.

 Complete self-training on the relevant SOPs for production section.  Execute all the tasks as per applicable SOPs for Production section.

 Report any quality concerns or suggestions to seniors.

 To execute operation and cleaning tasks of respective equipment as per SOP in production section.

 Responsible for activities that may be assigned by superior from time to time.  To execute documentation related to production and ensure their strict implementation as per GDP SOP.

 To perform line clearance for respective equipment/area as per respective SOP.

 Handle product as per respective BMR/BPR.

 To maintain the equipment for cleanliness and smooth operations, timely updates to concern officer for any maintenance related works.

 Enforcement and maintenance of high degree moral, discipline and technical expertise of the team for production section.

 To ensure maintenance of the premises and equipment’s in production section.

 To suggest upgradation and atomization of systems and equipment’s for production section.

 To ensure good hygiene of plant and personnel.

 To maintain OEE and plant cycle time, identification of improvement opportunities and timely updating to HOD for any suggestions / improvement.

 Responsible for shift operations and meeting shift outputs.

 Reporting unsafe condition and unsafe behaviors on machines.  Monitoring and improving yields of the products.

 Taking overall responsibility for the area and the equipment assigned to them.
