Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Global Real Estate Portfolio Analyst  to join our Global Real Estate (GRE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating various GRE functions, including analytics, program management, and strategy development, to support our global business operations. You will join a specialized team that manages a massive portfolio of approximately 95 million square feet across 53 countries, collaborating closely with leaders in Finance, Law, and Business Operations to optimize our industrial warehouse assets.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a global real estate transformation roadmap to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for 2026–2031, focusing on storage density, utilization, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional Business Operations and Finance teams to collect business intelligence and produce executive-level presentations that drive portfolio strategy and high-level decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) reporting standards and internal financial policies while managing tracking documents for large-scale real estate initiatives.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of broad business experience with a strong emphasis on real estate finance, accounting, or business finance.Strong knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and advanced proficiency in modeling using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability in program management and strategic thinking, with the capacity to influence outcomes through clear communication and analytical presentations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Finance, or Accounting (a graduate degree in a related field is preferred).
