Assists in the analysis, design, testing, documentation, and implementation of changes to IT application solutions. Provides first level support for applications and works with IT Technical team to resolve issues. Supports multiple standardized applications or a few complex application suites, in support of a limited number of functional areas.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
