To expand our founding team in the Netherlands, we're seeking the first Customer Success Manager who wants to play a pivotal role in structuring the Dutch market, be part of a larger international team and revolutionizing the private market.

How the role contributes to the company's vision

Customer happiness is paramount to our success, and building a dedicated team to their accounts is crucial. This role will serve as customers' main point of contact,  ensuring their satisfaction and driving upsells, referrals, and positive feedback. As the first Customer Success Manager in the Netherlands, you will own the local market developments while ensuring alignment with its HQ in Berlin.

Top responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for fund customers (investment funds), liaising between operations, product, sales, business development, and legal teams.

  • Work closely with the Country Manager Netherlands and the Customer Success Lead from HQ, owning the Dutch customer experience.

  • Drive deals and customer tasks as the project manager throughout each stage of the customer lifecycle after sale.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, driving upsells and gathering feedback through retrospectives.

Initial priorities

  • Take over the book of accounts for account management in our Dutch market.

  • Increase Customer NPS scores.

  • Develop onboarding materials for new customers.

What you should bring with you

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with 1-3 years in SaaS customer success or account management roles.

  • Prior experience in managing relationships with enterprise-level customers with sophisticated and specialised requirements.

  • Exceptional and articulate communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • Ability to dissect and simplify complex subjects for effective communication, while holding a personable attitude.

  • Capacity to adapt and pivot seamlessly in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of an early-stage startup.

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set as being part of the launching team in the Netherlands, and a series A company.

  • Practical Interview with the Customer Succes Lead, Chey (45min), to demonstrate your way of approaching Customer Success, working and communicating your output.

  • Final meeting with our Founders (30min) to further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions

  • Reference Calls to get a feel for your relationship-building ability
