How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling our welding products to customers within your assigned territory. You will work closely with branch managers, inside sales representatives, and other members of our team to provide excellent customer service and increase sales in your territory. This position offers competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits as well as opportunities for advancement.


- Prospect for new business by visiting potential clients in their place of business or at industry events.
- Build relationships with existing customers to identify needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver formal sales presentations to key decision makers.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate reports on sales activity and forecasts.
- Work with branch managers to develop strategies for increasing market share in your territory.
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Are you a MATCH?

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience in sales will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships through active listening and understanding of customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industrial gases and welding equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your territory (50%+)
