What you will do

Collect and analyze raw data from different sources and turn it into usable and useful information in support of the S&OP/E process. In this role, you will focus on all aspects related to inventory; working closely with the planning, master scheduling and materials teams within the Ducted Systems Plants to ensure accountability to the DIOH plan.

How will you do it

  • Utilizes spreadsheets, databases, software, and statistical models to analyze data related to inventory levels

  • Analyze large and complex data sets and generate insights with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Establish and maintaining accurate stock levels for thousands of SKUs

  • Build measurement frameworks – leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs) – to ensure appropriate tracking towards monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Be the go to for tracking and reporting for inventory to the S&OP/E plan.

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to automate such frameworks to make it repeatable, accessible and easy to read (dashboards and reports) to support the S&OP/E process and key business leaders

  • Be the domain authority to business collaborators in their accurate interpretation of the inventory related data/information presented. 

  • Communicating insights with business teams and key partners

What we look for

Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field is required.  Business Analytics studies desirable, but not required.

  • 3-5 years Supply Chain Management experience

  • Experience in supply chain / inventory related to a manufacturing environment

  • This role is remote, but needs to be in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

  • Proven analytical skills, with a keen ability to synthesize diverse ideas/inputs into a cohesive story

  • Previous knowledge of MRP and basic supply chain principles.  

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIF, GRAPH), SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, PowerBI or equivalent tools

  • Strong English communication skills, written and oral communication, including group facilitation, and presentation skills 

  • Proven skills in analyzing, planning, judgment and decision making.

  • Ability to work well under high stress and in the growing environment.

  • Ability to make sound decisions based on the data.

  • Ability to handle conflicting requests.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills - able to work effectively across various leadership levels and styles

  • Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

  • Resourceful self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

  • Long-term focused individual seeking upward mobility
