The Industry Group (IG) Support Manager supports the  IG Business Operations Lead in collaborating with the IG Lead, IG LT, and CG Business Operations Lead to drive the IG’s strategy and business plan.

• Support the IG Lead and IG LT in driving IG strategy and priorities
• Support the IG Service Leads to successfully coordinate across the IG LT to activate Services growth priorities
• Review IG financial performance across all dimensions (Service/SG, and Client Account), distill insights, and recommend growth/remediation actions
• Identify and communicate IG needs to IG Global Network Leadership
• Act a business integrator, collaborating with and supporting the IG Leadership Team (including Corporate Function Leads), and CALs
• Establish and manage IG governance structure including preparing for and facilitating meetings / reviews
• Facilitate the successful implementation of strategic programs by leading change management and communication plans to drive the cultural adoption across the business
• Formulate and oversee an IG investment strategy aligned with business goals and ROI targets; manage IG MD&I budgets
• Coordinate with M+C to activate central change / comms plans
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to support all operational aspects of the business (e.g, account planning, financial planning, CPO)

Must have:

•   Demonstrated capability to drive / execute multiple initiatives individually and with a team with minimal supervision and guidance

•   Program management skills

•   Excellent oral and written communications skills

·   Self-driven, organized, structured

•   Accuracy and attention to detail; prioritizes and plans work activities independently

•   Analytical skills; collects, researches and interprets data

•   Strong collaboration, facilitation and team-building skills

Good to have:

•   Proficient as end user of related operations tools/systems (MMS, MMB, etc.)

•   Understanding of Accenture operation and reporting structure
