1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Define and execute product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation and NPD to commercialization and EOL
  • Drive product portfolio performance, maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Partner with engineering team to guide innovation and ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., UL, EN54, CCCF).

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead GST’s marketing function, including branding, digital marketing, product marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for product launches and regional adaptations, in coordination with sales and local marketing teams.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, sales enablement materials, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the development of customer-centric messaging, marketing collateral, and thought leadership content.

3. Market Intelligence & Customer Insight

  • Analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to inform both product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain voice-of-customer programs to capture insights from installers, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into high-growth verticals in China market
