Job Summary 

As an Accounting Coordinator within our Accounting and Finance team, you will collaborate with associates and be a critical member in supporting our strategic goals and growth plan. The most rewarding part of this role is ensuring that our partner organizations receive payments in a timely manner.  

You will thrive in this role if you:  

  • Adapt to changing projects, priorities, and tasks quickly and effectively.  
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.  
  • Enable the organization to be productive and efficient by finding and improving processes and procedures. 
  • Display ability to work across multiple technology platforms. 

These skills will be used to:  

  • Process payments promptly for numerous internal departments.   
  • Maintains accurate, current vendor information. 
  • Review vendors’ statements and problem-solve to resolve payment issues. 
  • Demonstrate creativity by finding new and/or better solutions, within Fischer Homes guidelines, to new or recurring problems.  
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Associate degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or similar.  
  • Proficiency in Excel.
