  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to provide a welcoming approach and value of Tax and Duty Free location and products, focusing on new and returning customers
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate to implement changes and enhancements that positively affect customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Develop and implement employee education programs to enhance product knowledge and usage among customers.
  • Provide training and resources to customer support teams to improve their ability to assist customers effectively.
  • Translate data findings into actionable strategies for improving the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
