Channel Services team leads the end-to-end planning to translate HP’s global strategy into an actionable plan through our channel partner ecosystem. In close collaboration with different businesses organizations, and markets, we will focus on ensuring our Services and Solutions portfolio offering is properly aligned with different partner profiles and support building the right programs to incubate, scale and accelerate our digital business.

 

This role will lead the development, execution and design of the Managed Collaboration Services offer, defining HP’s role and our partners’ based on their capabilities and specializations to enable them growth and develop towards a Workforce/Workplace Experience environment for their customers. 



Responsibilities
• Manages activities of individual contributors and/or managers and directs the overall category management operations to achieve business objectives set by the senior management.
• Identifies opportunities for expanding the category's market reach, potentially through new distribution channels, geographical expansion, or innovative sales approaches.
• Collaborates closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts related to the category's success.
• Analyzes sales data, trends, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Acts as a bridge between marketing and regional customer-facing organizations to ensure effective communication.
• Drives substantial revenue growth within the assigned area, setting ambitious targets and implementing innovative approaches to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
• Shapes sales approaches and strategies from the insights derived from the market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
• Applies expert subject matter knowledge, shapes knowledge base across businesses, functions, or regions, and provides strong leadership, driving change initiatives and monitoring performance goals.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
