About Your Role:

As an eCommerce Product Coordinator at Dollar Tree’s corporate office, you’ll manage the flow of product samples and digital content from vendors to support our eCommerce initiatives. You’ll help ensure accurate, complete, and timely product information and imagery are available across our online platforms by partnering closely with Merchants, Marketing, Photography, and vendor partners.

Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Request and manage eCommerce samples, images, and product details throughout the onboarding process, including ordering, receiving, quality control, organizing, prioritizing, uploading, tracking, and posting SKUs to the website
• Utilize third-party syndication platforms to acquire images and essential product data
• Communicate directly with vendors and merchants to resolve questions or concerns related to samples, imagery, or product information
• Coordinate with PSC (Prototype Store Coordinator), Marketing, and Photography teams on event and photoshoot needs
• Track SKU onboarding progress and maintain accurate records
• Respond to and help resolve Customer Care issues related to online product information
• Investigate and resolve missing or incorrect product data on the website
• Perform item maintenance tasks to support product accuracy
• Create rules for internal website search and browse navigation
• Document processes and workflows to support team efficiency
• Support sales and other reporting as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable handling data and working within digital systems (DAM, PIM, or similar tools)
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as assigned

 

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working in retail, eCommerce, or store operations
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Product Information Management (PIM) systems
